Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain professional with 0–2 years of experience to support day-to-day supply chain operations. The role requires coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams, including communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors or stakeholders. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management
  • Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers, especially Mandarin-speaking vendors, via email and calls
  • Support purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and reconciliation
  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations
  • Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and reports
  • Assist in resolving supply, delivery, or quality-related issues
  • Prepare basic reports on order status, inventory, and supply performance
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and supply chain best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations (internship experience acceptable)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
