Job Title

Facilities Supervisor

Job Description
  • Supervisor, Facility Management is responsible for all aspects of daily facility operations to maintain brick and mortar and its critical equipment.
  • Supports the business needs of Site Management while providing a comfortable and safe work environment to all staff.
  • Utilize Helpdesk System to manage facilities tasks and work tickets in a timely manner.
  • Ensure site compliance with company policies, standards and procedures by participating in audits and reviews of executed operational methods and practices.
  • Provide input to Facilities Manager and help manage vendor relationships for all facilities purchases and supply orders.
  • Support Facilities Manager in managing relocation/space planning such as reconfigurations and build‑outs according to schedule.
  • Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are being followed through ongoing communication and reinforcing accountability.
  • Provide input to Facilities Manager for annual budgets.
  • Monitor day‑to‑day site operations of long‑term third‑party contractors to ensure performance meets vendor service level agreement.
  • Coordinate with Procurement in gathering quotes from outside vendors for building fixtures, repairs, maintenance, and upkeep to evaluate each project and total cost saving potential.
  • Monitor all Purchase Orders and Payments. Ensure no late payment, compliance on coupa activities.
  • Deals with local statutory authorities and regulations without deviating from the laid guidelines and process.
  • 52-week PPM calendar to be maintained and timely execution of the same to be done.
  • Liaise with landlord in relation to landlord duties under lease agreements.
  • Stakeholder management and team management to include career progression, training & development needs.
