Job description
Procurement Executive / Senior Executive

Identify, develop, and certify local and international suppliers through market analysis and RFQ processes. Conduct supplier assessments, capacity reviews, risk evaluations, and manage supplier lifecycle including onboarding and exit strategies.

2) Cost Negotiation & Management

Lead price negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing. Develop and implement cost management strategies, conduct cost analysis, benchmark against market trends, and achieve annual cost savings targets.

3) Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, commercial terms, payment terms, and SLAs. Manage contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with company policies, and coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract matters.

4) Procurement Planning & Execution

Develop procurement and inventory plans based on sales forecasts and production requirements. Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, manage MRP planning, and coordinate with planning and production teams to ensure material availability.

5) Delivery & Quality Management

Monitor contract execution, delivery schedules, and supplier on‑time delivery performance. Ensure quality compliance, expedite critical orders, resolve delivery issues, and manage acceptance processes to meet production timelines.

Evaluate material categories and identify key materials with supply risk. Lead supplier capacity assessments, risk analysis, and develop contingency plans to ensure supply continuity and minimize disruptions.

7) Systems, Reporting & Analysis

Establish and optimize procurement processes and deploy SRM systems. Prepare purchasing analysis reports, maintain procurement dashboards and KPIs, manage budgets, handle supplier reconciliation, payment tracking, and ensure accurate data management in ERP systems.

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in electronics-related majors.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in supplier development for electronics, PCBA and other related materials.
  • More than 5 years of experience in business negotiation and contract management.
  • More than 3 years of experience in data analysis of procurement business.
  • More than 5 years of experience in ERP, SRM, SAP system and understanding of the basics of Lean.
  • Familiar with inventory management and experience in independently leading inventory improvement projects.
