Zusammenfassung
A leading cloud management firm in Ulu Tiram is looking for a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to deploy and maintain company products. You will assist customers with issue resolution and collaborate with teams to enhance product performance. Candidates must be fluent in Chinese and have strong skills in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes. This position offers attractive compensation along with bonuses and benefits based on contributions.

Qualifikationen
- 1-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Linux installation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Docker commands and writing Dockerfiles.
- Understanding of network protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP.
Aufgaben
- Deploy and maintain company products.
- Assist customers with root cause analysis.
- Handle system deployment for public and private clouds.
- Collaborate with development teams for support.

- Responsible for the daily deployment and maintenance of company products.
- Assist customers in locating and analysing the root causes of issues related to business applications.
- Help customers resolve problems encountered during the implementation and operation of solutions.
- Responsible for delivering and implementing solutions, and empowering customers and partners.
- Maintain the customer simulation environment for solutions.
- Collaborate with the delivery and develop teams to provide a more comprehensive support loop.
- Responsible for tasks related to the containerization of application systems.
- Handle system deployment, monitoring enhancement, and emergency response for both public and private clouds.
- Minimum 1-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing, in order to have smooth conversation with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Linux and familiar with the installation and configuration of common maintenance tools and services under Linux.
- Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, Container, etc., with an in-depth understanding of Docker/Container networking, storage, and security.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Shell and Python.
- Familiar with common open-source middleware and databases' (Nginx, Tomcat, HAProxy, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, LVS, Keepalived, etc.), high-availability architectures, and knowledgeable about their installation, deployment, optimization, and maintenance.
- Proficient in Docker commands and Dockerfile writing.
- Familiar with K8S ecosystem components such as Harbor, Kiali, Docker, etc.
- Knowledgeable in network protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, capable of quickly locating and resolving operational faults.
- Working Hour: 5 days,8 hours a day

- 13th months at the end of the year
- Annual leave: 8 days per year if continuous service of less than 2 years; 12 days per year if continuous service of 2-5 years; 16 days per year if continuous service of at least 5 years.
