Job description

• Responsible for the daily deployment and maintenance of company products.
• Assist customers in locating and analysing the root causes of issues related to business applications.
• Help customers resolve problems encountered during the implementation and operation of solutions.
• Responsible for delivering and implementing solutions, and empowering customers and partners.
• Maintain the customer simulation environment for solutions.
• Collaborate with the delivery and develop teams to provide a more comprehensive support loop.
• Responsible for tasks related to the containerization of application systems.
• Handle system deployment, monitoring enhancement, and emergency response for both public and private clouds.

Jobs Requirement:

• Minimum 1-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing, in order to have smooth conversation with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in Linux and familiar with the installation and configuration of common maintenance tools and services under Linux.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, Container, etc., with an in-depth understanding of Docker/Container networking, storage, and security.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Shell and Python.
• Familiar with common open-source middleware and databases' (Nginx, Tomcat, HAProxy, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, LVS, Keepalived, etc.), high-availability architectures, and knowledgeable about their installation, deployment, optimization, and maintenance.
• Proficient in Docker commands and Dockerfile writing.
• Familiar with K8S ecosystem components such as Harbor, Kiali, Docker, etc.
• Knowledgeable in network protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills, capable of quickly locating and resolving operational faults.

• Working Hour: 5 days,8 hours a day
