Job summary
A company in marine aquaculture seeks a Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, including auditing, budgeting, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 5 years of experience in audit or accounting within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in accounting software and strong interpersonal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia are crucial for this role. Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, auditing, taxation and financing for the Company.
- Oversee finance department's daily operations and financial reporting.
- Establish financial policies and cost systems.
- Manage cash flow and monitor payments and collections.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies.

We are representing our client, a company engaged in marine aquaculture, wholesale of fish and seafood, and management activities of holding companies.
- Location: Kampung Sungai Puloh, Klang, Selangor
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
- Manages accounting, auditing, taxation and financing for the Company
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company and oversee the Finance Department.
- Plans and coordinates all activities related to finance and administrative task such as financial reporting, budgets preparation, etc. to ensure it is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
- Establish the financial policies of the Company and review the costing system of the inventory.
- Oversee cashflow management of the Company, to monitor payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in cash management system.
- Timely liaises with External Auditors, Tax Agents, Bankers, Company Secretaries and Statutory Department for related matters.
- Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting / requirements.
- Perform other assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA, СРА
- At least 5 Years of audit working experience in one of the reputable audit firms and/or at least 5 Years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidate possess sound knowledge of manufacturing financial operations will have an added advantage.
- Familiar with Accounting Software
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently, effectively and diplomatically at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good written and verbal skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
