A leading food and beverage company in Petaling Jaya seeks a Customer Manager with over 6 years of commercial experience. The ideal candidate will develop annual account plans and manage relationships with retail customers. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance is required. Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of commercial experience, preferably with good knowledge of Nestlé, retailing and retail customers.
- Experience with CDT background will be an added advantage.
Responsabilités
- Develop, agree and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for required categories.
- Sell range of Nestlé products to designated account to meet sales and profit targets.
- Drive business relationship with account, understand customers' business and ensure customer intimacy.
- Maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within customer and Nestlé.

- Develop, agree and implement the annual account development plan / JBP for required categories.

- Drive business relationship with account, understand the customers’ business and ensure customer intimacy.
- To maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within customer and Nestlé to resolve challenges, issues and queries as they arise.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of commercial experience, preferably with good knowledge of Nestlé, retailing and retail customers. Experience with CDT background will be an added advantage
