Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a maintenance technician to sustain and manage assembly backend systems. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical Engineering along with 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance and ensuring equipment readiness. This role requires strong technical skills, discipline, and a willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Assembly Backend equipment.
  • Experience in semiconductor assembly and applied statistics is advantageous.
  • Must be disciplined and willing to work long hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and sustain Trim & Form System and Tooling in Assembly Backend.
  • Perform periodic Preventive Maintenance for system handlers and tooling.
  • Manage maintenance activities of machines and fabrication of spare parts.
