Job summary
A leading retail company in Malaysia seeks a retail manager to ensure sales targets are achieved while providing friendly and professional customer service. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to employ high-caliber sales staff and maintain efficient store operations. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in the retail or F&B industry, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be Malaysian citizens able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM with retail manager experience or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the retail/F&B industry.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets set.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Work with Store Manager to employ high caliber sales staff.
- Implement efficient in-store teamwork.
- Organize and operate the shop efficiently.

Education
- Achievement of sales target set.
- Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
- Work hand in hand with the Store Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
- Implementation of an efficient in-store team work.
- Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
- Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
- Minimum SPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
- Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
- Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
