JOB PURPOSE: To lead and manage IT infrastructure operations and support, ensuring efficient and reliable systems that enable smooth business operations aligned with the company’s vision and objectives. This role also oversees the successful delivery of IT projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• IT Infrastructure Management – Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, storage systems, and network connectivity (LAN/WAN), ensuring secure and efficient operations.
• Cloud Operations Oversight – Oversee and support cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and service uptime.
• Technical Advisory – Provide recommendations and updates to management on ICT technical matters to support decision‑making and future planning.
• Project & Business Case Support – Assist in the preparation of business cases and support ad‑hoc ICT‑related projects.
• Data Security & Disaster Recovery – Ensure the security and integrity of all digital backup reviews, disaster recovery testing, and contributions to the Business Continuity Plan.
• ICT Budget Management – Prepare and manage the ICT budget to align with organisational goals and identify future infrastructure needs.
• Policy & Procedure Development – Develop, review, and maintain ICT policies, SOPs, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
• ICT Needs Assessment – Conduct requirement studies and surveys to evaluate current systems and recommend improvements.

• Education and Experience – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience. Minimum of 3 years in a management role involving IT infrastructure, network, or system implementation projects or maintenance.
• Availability and Flexibility – Occasionally required to work beyond regular office hours, during weekends, and travel to datacenters, data recovery centers, and branches.
• Technical and Management Skills – Possess technical and management skills relevant to IT infrastructure.
• Communication Skills – Strong communication skills for regular interaction with management, users, and vendors.
• Credit Report – Good credit report required.
