A global market leader in construction solutions is seeking a senior manager to oversee logistics and operations in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree and 12-15 years of experience in logistics, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Develop, implement, and execute operational strategies to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Oversee full Order-to-Cash processes, including product management, sustainability, and facilities management.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across Customer Service, Logistics, Order Management, Health & Safety, and related functions.
Manage organizational structure, recruitment, workforce planning, and performance tracking via KPIs.
Ensure smooth and reliable delivery planning and execution.
Manage end-to-end order administration, procurement planning, and commercial order processing within internal PERI systems (PSD).
Build and grow a strong, customer‑centric order management team.
Accountable for logistics costs, equipment maintenance, and yard efficiency.
Ensure accurate order fulfilment, material returns, and inventory quality in compliance with PERI rental criteria.
Lead warehouse audits and ensure inventory accuracy and space utilisation.
Work closely with Managing Director, Heads of Departments, and functional leaders to standardise efficient practices.
Support sales teams with competent and timely operational assistance.
Partner with Formwork Instructors to provide ad hoc project solutions.
Engage in stockyard and capacity planning.
