Job description

Develop, implement, and execute operational strategies to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.

Oversee full Order-to-Cash processes, including product management, sustainability, and facilities management.

People & Performance

Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across Customer Service, Logistics, Order Management, Health & Safety, and related functions.

Manage organizational structure, recruitment, workforce planning, and performance tracking via KPIs.

Customer Service Management

Ensure smooth and reliable delivery planning and execution.

Manage end-to-end order administration, procurement planning, and commercial order processing within internal PERI systems (PSD).

Build and grow a strong, customer‑centric order management team.

Logistics / Warehouse Excellence

Accountable for logistics costs, equipment maintenance, and yard efficiency.

Ensure accurate order fulfilment, material returns, and inventory quality in compliance with PERI rental criteria.

Lead warehouse audits and ensure inventory accuracy and space utilisation.

Work closely with Managing Director, Heads of Departments, and functional leaders to standardise efficient practices.

Support sales teams with competent and timely operational assistance.

Partner with Formwork Instructors to provide ad hoc project solutions.

Engage in stockyard and capacity planning.

Your Profile
  • Master’s Degree in Business Management or related field, or Diploma in Business/Engineering with Project Management or SCM specialization.
  • 12‑15 years’ experience in logistics/warehouse operations, ideally within the construction or industrial services sector.
  • Certification in Health & Safety is highly preferred.
  • Proven leadership capabilities managing cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in cost control, productivity enhancement, and operational efficiency.
  • High integrity, reliability, and alignment with PERI’s culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
