A leading tech support company in Kedah seeks a Senior IT Technical Support to provide first-level support for hardware and software issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PC and network issues, maintaining CCTV systems, and managing Active Directory accounts. Relevant IT certifications are preferred. Qualifications
- Provide first-level support for PC, laptop, printer, projector, label printer and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems and Door access system.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts.
Responsibilities
- Record and update support activities in the master list or IT asset record.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.
