Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Fleet Management team including Transport Supervisors and Operators.
• Plan, organize, and oversee all fleet operations for delivery.
• Ensure all trucks comply with safety regulations.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Supervise teams and implement GPS tracking systems.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers on logistics matters.
• Plan for fleet expansion and cost optimization.
