Innopest is dedicated to providing innovative and eco-intelligent pest risk management. We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant (Sales) to join our team. This role involves providing technical expertise and support to our clients, ensuring the implementation of effective pest management solutions that comply with industry standards such as GMP, HACCP and ISO.
The role focuses on a combination of sales, technical solutions, and customer management:
Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively seek leads through various channels (cold calls, online platforms, door-to-door, and referrals) and engage with residential, commercial, and industrial clients who may benefit from Innopest's services.
Needs Assessment & Consultation: Visit customer premises for on-site inspections, assess pest issues, and identify suitable solutions. This includes educating customers on pest problems and recommending Innopest's tailored services (e.g., termite risk management, integrated pest management).
Sales Process Execution: Draft and present quotes, contracts, and service agreements, and use effective sales strategies to secure clients. Promote additional services or ongoing maintenance plans for long-term pest management (Upselling and Cross-Selling).
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serve as their main point of contact, and follow up after service to gather feedback. Offer expert advice on pest control systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (GMP, ISO 22001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
Collaboration with the Operations Team: Work closely with Innopest's technicians to ensure smooth service delivery and provide accurate sales details for operational planning.

Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with operation teams.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about pest control trends, new services, and competitors in the region.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Environmental Science, Applied Science, Biology, or a related field.
Experience: Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are preferred. Proven Sales experience as a Technical Consultant, Customer Service, Sales Representative or similar role in the pest management or related industry.
Technical Knowledge (Industrial Knowledge/Compliance): Strong understanding of pest management systems, chemical applications, and relevant industry standards (ISO 9001, 45001, ISO 14001). Familiarity with ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001) is highly desirable.
Work Environment: The role may involve fieldwork as well as office-based tasks. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be necessary for client visits or training sessions.
