Fleet Asset Sr. Executive (Fleet Insurance & Claims)
A) Fleet Life Cycle Management from Acquisition To Retirement
- Work closely with internal / external stakeholders across the International operations to ensure full support services are meeting internal and external expectations
- Account holder for all Intercompany Technical Service Agreement transactions
- Manage Technical Services Agreement billing
- Responsible for maintaining all the department dashboards
- Responsible for drafting, managing and circulating asset “Roll in” and Roll off’’
- Maintain a current register for Point of Contact (POC) of all Vendors and JV key positions
- Generate reports suitable for Senior Managers and Board of Directors
- Write and control the department procedures and forms dated to job function.
- Manage the daily support services assigned to Fleet Commercial across many scopes simultaneously, whilst providing solution based thinking
- Coordinate the work of support resources, including assisting project managers, analysts, and/or administrative staff, as required.
- Track case to case problems for resolution on known issues, in order to keep stakeholders abreast of matters that may impact sensitive timelines
- Champion for process improvement to create efficient support services above and beyond stakeholder expectations
B) Safety, Risk Management and Insurance
- Responsible for our Fleet Insurance and Insurance claims under supervision to Fleet Asset Department.
- Support GMFA with HeliOffshore Insurance committee work
C) Availability, Maintenance and Reliability
- Manage Subscription of NAVDB, TerrainDB and Technical Publication services under supervision of Fleet Asset Department.
- Understanding of Lease agreement and associated Lessor/Lessee obligations
- Identification of meaningful recommendations and serving as a change agent that will make an immediate impact on WASBB and their JV’s
- Providing a global overview to WASSB stakeholders
- Provide requested information to WASSB & JV Senior managers/ Insurers/BDD/Finance as and when requested.
- The job may involve worldwide travel

Academic qualifications & professional certificates
- A degree, or equivalent education, training and experience
- A degree in Administrative or Management field, or equivalent education, training and experience in Aviation Industry
- 2 years of Aircraft Fleet Management experience in a supporting role or similar
- Experience in interpreting provisions of aircraft lease agreements
- Knowledge of Aircraft Commercial Support
- Understanding of Aircraft Insurance requirements
- A previous track record or involvement in managing aircraft Redelivery/Delivery/Acceptance
