What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain CNC lathes or CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the appropriate machining operations
• Set up, program, and adjust CNC machines to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production schedules

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CNC Lathe/Milling Machinist role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in operating and programming a variety of CNC machines, including lathes and mills
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, techniques, and quality control methods
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
