This is a critical high‑profile position reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role is a true hybrid, split equally between corporate PR and executive/personal assistant functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the MD's daily operations and serving as the primary liaison for critical external bodies, including government agencies. It requires daily office attendance in Kuantan, a proactive, action‑oriented mindset, and occasional travel locally and internationally.
Corporate PR and High‑Level Stakeholder Management (≈50%)
Executive Assistant and Workflow Management (≈50%)
Public Relations (P.R.) & High‑Level Communication, Executive Support/P.A. Management, Independence & Proactivity in Stakeholder Liaison, Administrative & Reporting Proficiency.
