Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for the Hospital and Home Healthcare equipment industry? We are seeking a Healthcare Business Support to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines sales support, clinical/ technical expertise, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure our healthcare equipment solutions reach the right customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing & compiling proposals for hospital quotations, projects/ tenders and E-Perolehan.
• Schedule, manage and coordinate planned preventive maintenance and post-warranty service contracts upon coordination with our biomedical engineers, oversee their accurate implementation.
• Maintain inventory records, guaranteeing adequate stock levels.
• Efficiently coordinate equipment deliveries through logistics management.
• Oversee equipment rental operations and documentation.
• Create and manage customer documentation such as Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
