Job summary

A leading spice company in Malaysia seeks candidates for outdoor sales positions. Ideal applicants should have SPM and some sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome. Responsibilities include prospecting for clients, negotiating, and maintaining customer relationships. The role offers a basic salary supplemented by allowances, commissions, and incentives up to RM 6.5k, along with a year-end bonus. This position promises to be rewarding with comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

Must possess own transport (CAR ONLY), outdoor sales.

On the Job Training will be provided.

Basic + Allowance + Commission & Sales Incentive (from 1k to 6.5k), Year end Bonus.

5 working Day Only. Sat & Sun Off day.

Job Descriptions
  • Prospecting for new clients and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies.
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
  • Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs.
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase.
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
