Responsibilities

  • Preparing & compiling proposals for hospital quotations and projects.
  • Schedule and manage maintenance contracts with biomedical engineers.
  • Maintain inventory records for adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries through logistics management.
  • Oversee equipment rental operations and documentation.
  • Create and manage customer documentation like DOs and invoices.
