Job description

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Administrator to join our dynamic team at DELSSON MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Taman Maju Cemerlang, Johor. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the efficient movement of goods, ensuring seamless import and export processes for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and other logistics providers to facilitate the timely and compliant delivery of shipments
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with the resolution of any shipping‑related issues or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all shipping activities
• LMW Documentation Management

LMW Documentation Management

• Preparing, submitting, and maintaining LMW‑related documents (e.g., M1, M2, M3/M4 forms).
• Managing duty and tax exemption applications for raw materials and machinery.
• Preparing LMW reports for raw materials, finished goods, and subcontracting activities.
• Supporting customs audits with accurate records.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics administration role, preferably within the import/export industry
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or International Trade
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Proficient in using shipping management software and other relevant IT systems eg SAP
• Familiar with Microsoft & Teams applications
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• A team player with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach
