Job description

Coordinate and manage end-to-end export logistics processes, including shipment planning, documentation, and execution.

Liaise closely with Sales Planning to align export schedules and delivery requirements.

Communicate and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers to ensure smooth export operations.

Prepare, verify, and maintain export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork.

Monitor shipments and proactively handle shipping issues such as insurance claims and delays caused by weather conditions, ensuring cargo safety and minimizing risks.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of shipments and related costs for reporting and analysis.

Continuously identify opportunities to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping.

Strong knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
