We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team and to base in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Develop and implement the procurement strategy to align with the company's business objectives.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive initiatives to achieve procurement efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, supply chain risks, and price fluctuations to inform purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with related suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with contractors and resource suppliers to ensure optimal cost and quality.
• Be well‑versed with contract management documents and procedures.
• Assess and qualify suppliers based on quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and guide subordinates.
• Set KPIs and regularly review team performance to achieve organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative work environment with internal departments.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and present procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts to upper management.

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity, leading teams and overseeing large‑scale projects.
• Understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or construction management.
• Must be willing to relocate to and work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Candidate with overseas working experience will have added advantages.
