We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and hands‑on PR & Event Executive to elevate the Lucky Mall brand through high‑impact offline events and memorable brand experiences.

This role prioritizes event planning, execution, logistics management, and on‑ground coordination, while also supporting public relations and media engagement to enhance brand visibility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Fresh grads with strong event exposure are welcome in event management, public relations, branding, or activation planning.
• Hands‑on experience with event production, stage setup, vendor coordination, and on‑ground execution for medium to large‑scale events.
• Experience handling PR campaigns, media communication, and event coordination.
• Willing to work overtime and travel when required for event purposes.

• Experience in creating event themes and turning marketing ideas into impactful on‑ground experiences.
• Strong network with lifestyle media, KOLs, event vendors, and venue partners within Malaysia’s entertainment and retail scene.
• Familiarity with social media engagement or influencer marketing to amplify event visibility and storytelling.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver high‑impact offline events to elevate the Lucky Mall brand, including mall activations, roadshows, lifestyle pop‑ups, campus programs, influencer meet‑ups, partnership events, product launches, and media previews.
• Manage full event lifecycle: ideation, planning, budgeting, vendor sourcing, logistics, setup, execution, and post‑event reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers/KOLs, and government stakeholders to maximize brand visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent brand presentation across all events and campaigns.
• Track event trends, new activation formats, and PR innovations to keep Lucky Mall at the forefront of Malaysia’s lifestyle and entertainment scene.

Working Shift: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (5 days a week)
