Job description
Corporate Communications Manager

Develop and execute the delivery of the marketing, PR and communications programmes and materials. This shall include key messaging, profiling and content development as well as overall project management in the areas of digital marketing, social media, conferences, media management etc. These activities should be executed in a timely and accurate manner within the set KPIs.

Propose and implement internal and external communications strategy.

Communications include the drafting of Chairman/CEO speeches, statements, press releases, website content updates etc.

Prepare planning and content for the Institute’s social media with an aim to increase following and engagement on all social media platforms with set KPIs.

Responsible for the project management for all printed and published materials including the annual report.

Responsible for the planning and overall management of all conference activities including among others, drafting of agenda, research on speakers, event materials, liaising with vendors and relevant agencies.

Ensure branding guidelines for all corporate related products and initiatives are in line with the corporate identity guidelines. Identify suitable marketing and corporate collaterals.

Support the Director or any other team member in the division on any other matter as requested.

Good project management skills and excellent managerial and organisational abilities

Excellent communication skills – verbal, negotiation, presentation, and business writing skills (English)

Good Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field. Experience in marketing communications and publications would be an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Public relations, Journalism or in any related discipline
