Skills
As the Warehouse Supervisor at New Era Warehousing Services Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's warehouse operations. This full-time role is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, and will play a crucial part in the success of our warehousing and distribution services.
- Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes and procedures
- Managing a team of warehouse associates and ensuring their productivity and performance
- Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitoring inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
- Optimising warehouse layout and utilisation to maximise space and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Analysing operational data and generating reports to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance cross-functional coordination
- Respond to the customer enquiry and liaise with transporter on daily operation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse operations leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control processes, data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and efficiency
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements
