A MNC market leader specialized in engineering services with global business presence.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare, develop, and analyze reports focusing on Business Analytics to influence business decisions with both internal and external insights.
• Present insightful discoveries, recommendations, and process optimization.
• Analyze and present relevant data in easy-to-understand formats or dashboards, aiding swift and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with all team members from different department using various data analysis approaches (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic) to provide evidence-based insights and recommendations for present and future initiatives.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement or maximizing these systems within business operations.
• Review and analyze the efficiency of existing systems.
• Assist in executing people data requests, from gathering requirements to implementation of solutions.
• Maintain data integrity by monitoring quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Data Science/Data Analytics or related field
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in Data Analytics
• Familiar in using Power BI, Azure, Data Modelling, SQL & etc
• Good interpersonal skill and good team player
• Willing to work in Subang Jaya
