Job summary

A recruitment agency in Subang Jaya is seeking a qualified individual to manage payroll processes, human resources tasks, and compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll management and HR administration, and must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. They should be able to work in Subang Jaya now and relocate to Elmina by May 2026. This role involves resolving payroll queries and overseeing employee attendance records.

Job description
Payroll Management
  • Prepare, process, and review monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances records.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors or system providers when necessary.
Human Resources
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, medical claims, and insurance matters.
  • Monitor and manage staff attendance, leave applications, and absenteeism.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration
  • Oversee office administration including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing of HR & admin-related records.
  • Coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support management in implementing HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience in Payroll, HR task and Administrative role.
  • Able to work in Subang Jaya (current) and Elmina (May 2026 onwards) - company will be relocating.
  • Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Ability To Relocate.
