Job description

As the Warehouse Supervisor at New Era Warehousing Services Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's warehouse operations. This full-time role is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, and will play a crucial part in the success of our warehousing and distribution services.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes and procedures
• Managing a team of warehouse associates and ensuring their productivity and performance
• Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitoring inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
• Optimising warehouse layout and utilisation to maximise space and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Analysing operational data and generating reports to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance cross-functional coordination
• Respond to the customer enquiry and liaise with transporter on daily operation
