Candidates should be detail-oriented with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. - Must be proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary.

- Maintain documentation for inbound goods.
- Translate supplier documents and product labels as needed.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.

Position: Inbound Assistant / Junior Executive
Location: Mastering Services (Mix Store) - Warehouse - Shah Alam, Alam Megah
Working Days: 5 days a week
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant / Junior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will be responsible for conducting inbound shipment checks, verifying documentation, maintaining accurate inventory records, performing basic quality inspections, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

- Verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices for correctness.
- Maintain proper documentation for all inbound goods.
- Translate supplier documents, product labels, and basic communications as needed.
- Ensure product labelling complies with local language and regulatory requirements.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure proper storage and stock accuracy.
- Support the inbound team with daily tasks and participate in training programs.
- Education: SPM or below, or above
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- A team player with a positive working attitude.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is an added advantage.
