Job description
1. Wafer Probe Process & Equipment Management
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize wafer probing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintain and improve probe test programs, test flows, and test limits.

  • Perform daily equipment checks, calibration, and maintenance activity review.

  • Evaluate, maintain, and troubleshoot probe cards to ensure good contact performance.

2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
  • Perform root cause analysis for probe-related issues.

  • Support manufacturing team in resolving real-time production issues.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve cost efficiency.

3. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare SOPs, technical reports, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Maintain documentation for test procedures, probe recipes, and equipment setup.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related field.

  • 3-5 years in semiconductor wafer probe/test.

  • Hands‑on experience with probe testers and equipment is an added advantage.

  • Mandarin speaker.
