Job summary
A technology consultancy is seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to focus on software engineering principles. Responsibilities include analyzing and modifying software, improving applications, maintaining codebases, and liaising with colleagues for technical designs. Ideal candidates should be knowledgeable in front-end and back-end development and programming languages. This position offers a unique chance to work with evolving technologies in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with front-end and back-end development.
- Ability to analyze and modify existing software.

As a software engineer, you will focus on applying the principles of engineering to software development. Your role includes analyzing and modifying existing software as well as designing, constructing, and testing end-user applications that meet user needs — all through software programming languages. Some examples of your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems
Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
