Job summary

We are recruiting for our HLA female Brand in Malaysia. HLA (Malaysia) is recruiting for Retail Fashion Associate

Overview

As we are expanding further, we are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible to maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer’s needs, recommending suitable apparel to suit customer’s needs, and offering an alternative to customers.
  • Actively maintain a global brand image.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.
  • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
  • Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
  • Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.
  • Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
  • Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.

Requirements
  • Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday.
  • Good knowledge of spoken English, Mandarin as the candidate are required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and Bahasa Malaysia.
