A leading entrance solutions company in Malaysia is seeking a qualified candidate to manage the full set of accounts, prepare financial reports, and assist with tax compliance. The ideal applicant should possess a diploma with accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and at least three years of relevant experience in a small or medium-sized business. The role involves liaising with various departments and ensuring accurate financial processing.
Reporting to Finance Manager.
Handle Full set of accounts, including AR, AP, Inventory, GL.
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Schedule.
Follow up on collections, legal actions and sending Statements.
Prepare weekly Debtors Aging Report for Sales Department.
Liaising with sales, technical, servicing department on project & billing status & etc.
Process SST submission, withholding tax payment and other tax related payments.
In charge of processing and monitoring all AP payments to suppliers and service providers.
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) when required.
Handle custom duties, shipping documentation, logistics coordination, and ensure correct HS Code classification for import and export transactions.
Perform administrative duties, including monitoring and renewing company licenses.
All others Ad-hoc task as assign by the company from time to time.
Assist with E-Invoicing compliance and implementation.
Diploma equivalent with basic accounting knowledge.
Good knowledge of MS Office package.
Familiar with SQL Accounting Software will be an advantage.
Min 3 years of related working experience in handling full set of accounts and multi-tasking in a small or medium size company.
