Jobscope:
- Advertising Vacant Properties: Market and promote vacant properties to achieve a target occupancy rate
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase inquiries
- Rent and Fee Collection: Collect rent and other fees from tenants and individual property owners
- Expense Management: Manage and pay property‑related expenses
- Financial Reporting: Provide property owners with detailed reports on financial status, occupancy rates, and upcoming lease expirations.
- Tenant Complaint Resolution: Investigate and address tenant complaints and rental violations efficiently.
- Tenancy Management: Oversee tenancy renewals and the end‑of‑tenancy processes, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about current rental rates and trends to optimize pricing strategies.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure the property is well‑maintained and in good condition by overseeing daily operational tasks.
- Repair Coordination: Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the property to ensure timely completion.
- Communication Management: Respond to communications from tenants and property owners, ensuring effective and timely interaction
