Jobscope:

  • Advertising Vacant Properties: Market and promote vacant properties to achieve a target occupancy rate
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase inquiries
  • Rent and Fee Collection: Collect rent and other fees from tenants and individual property owners
  • Expense Management: Manage and pay property‑related expenses
  • Financial Reporting: Provide property owners with detailed reports on financial status, occupancy rates, and upcoming lease expirations.
  • Tenant Complaint Resolution: Investigate and address tenant complaints and rental violations efficiently.
  • Tenancy Management: Oversee tenancy renewals and the end‑of‑tenancy processes, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about current rental rates and trends to optimize pricing strategies.
  • Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure the property is well‑maintained and in good condition by overseeing daily operational tasks.
  • Repair Coordination: Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the property to ensure timely completion.
  • Communication Management: Respond to communications from tenants and property owners, ensuring effective and timely interaction
