Job summary
A healthcare company in Malaysia is seeking an Order Fulfillment Manager to lead the Supply Chain team. Responsibilities include overseeing order processing, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with experience in the clinical diagnostic industry. Knowledge of GDPMD regulations and SAP is advantageous. Qualifications
- Experience in distribution of clinical diagnostic industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Medical Device/GDPMD is preferable.

Are you a dynamic leader with passion for operational excellence? We're on a lookout for an Order Fulfillment Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This role oversees the entire order fulfillment/order processing, ensuring timely, accurate and efficient processing and delivery of customer orders. You will also manage a team, optimize workflows and collaborate across departments such as sales to meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Lead the Purchasing, Customer Service and Inventory planning team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and people to accommodate the rapid growth of the business.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal processes
- Handle data analysis in inventory management & planning
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Lead a dynamic team to consistently achieve high performances.
- Ensure that overall operations comply with GDPMD & any other regulatory requirement.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, planning and decision-making.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of best practices to improve operational.
- Experience in distribution of clinical diagnostic industry with knowledge of Medical Device/GDPMD will be preferable.
- Working experience in a fast-paced environment & knowledge of medical device regulatory requirement will be an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.
- Possess leadership qualities and people management skills.
- Analytical, proactive, customer service oriented and result driven.
