Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounting Staff (Account Receivables) to join our growing team at TVC Transport & Supply Chain (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounts receivables, ensuring efficient and accurate cash flow management.

What you'll be doing

• Issuance of Job No. and Sales Order Number once shipment is booked.
• Processing and recording customer payments, invoices, and credit notes.
• Reconciling customer accounts and following up on outstanding payments.
• Generating and sending invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Consolidate monthly payment vouchers with invoices from subcontractor and non-freight suppliers.
