About the role

We are seeking a talented QA & QC professional to join our team at AZAD FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. in Batu Pahat, Johor. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the quality and safety of our food manufacturing operations. As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement across our processes.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to monitor and maintain product quality and compliance
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues
• Analyse quality data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards to ensure compliance
• Train and mentor production staff on quality best practices
• Continuously seek ways to enhance quality and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, testing methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills to address quality issues
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Effective communication and training skills to liaise with production staff
• Attention to detail and a commitment to uphold high-quality standards
