A marketing and sales company located in Kajang is looking for individuals to manage daily operations and customer service tasks. Responsibilities include collecting payments, handling customer complaints, and administrative duties. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with SPM or higher, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and computer literate. Responsabilités
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
- Carry out duties for restocking and arrange accordingly.
- Provide customer service.
- Assist in managing daily operations under SOP.
- Handle daily administrative tasks.
- Manage customer complaints and maintain stock control.
