Overview
Import Shipment Related Matters
- Managing end-to-end shipment arrangements based on incoterms and shipping documents, coordinating closely with freight forwarding agents and suppliers.
- Coordinating timely customs clearance with the appointed agent.
- Reviewing and verifying import shipment-related documents, including Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, AWB/BL, K1, Form E/D, etc.
Permit Management
- Handling timely renewals for all necessary permits, including 1 LPG permit, 4 Diesel permits, and 1 Caustic Soda permit.
Regulatory Reporting
- Managing SST applications accurately, including Schedule A Item 55, Schedule C Item 1, Schedule C Item 3, and Schedule C Item 5.
- Preparing and submitting customs reports such as Laporan CJ(P), Invoices, Exemption Certificates, and K1 forms as required.
Training for SOJT (Import and Shipping Process)
- Assisting with onboarding and training new team members to develop their understanding of import and shipping procedures.
- Providing regular updates to the team on the latest import regulations and SST requirements.
Customs Audits
- Attending and supporting during customs audits to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree Business Administration or any equivalent.
- Proficiency in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standard requirements.
