Happy Fish Swim School is a leading swim school in Malaysia with 11 branches and over 4,000 active students. We provide a safe and fun learning environment for children and families, and we are looking for a reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support our Malaysia branch.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Facilities/Maintenance (FM) team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform general repair and maintenance work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.).
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and swimming pool areas.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve urgent repair issues promptly.
  • Liaise with external contractors when specialist work is needed.
  • Ensure branch facilities are safe, clean, and in good working order.
  • Assist in stock dispatch and delivery using the company van.
  • Support event setup and facility-related requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in maintenance, handyman, or facility repair roles.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • Possess a valid driving license (for van use).
  • Leadership skills to plan and coordinate with the FM team.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit and willing to handle manual tasks.
  • Responsible and dependable, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel around branches.
