Job Responsibility
- Draft, review, and maintain all company agreements, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Ensure all business documents, contracts, and policies are up to date and aligned with regulations.
- Maintain a proper filing system for agreements and compliance-related documents for easy retrieval.
- Monitor changes in legal and business regulations to ensure company policies remain compliant.
- Assist in developing and enforcing company policies, including data protection and governance frameworks.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of company agreements and business documents to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with legal advisors, vendors, and internal departments to handle agreement-related matters.
- Assist the manager in educating employees on compliance requirements, company policies, and document management best practices.
- Monitor contract expirations and ensure timely renewals or amendments as needed.
- Prepare reports on compliance status, risks, and updates for management review.
Job Requirements
- Minimum possess an SPM certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field, with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Strong computer literacy is essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Possess strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential documents with a high level of discretion and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Basic understanding of legal compliance, contract management, and company policies is an advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
