Job Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies to enhance the employee experience while supporting the overall strategic objectives of our business.

  • Partner with various departments to ensure HR alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and company policies.
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
