Job Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies to enhance the employee experience while supporting the overall strategic objectives of our business.
- Partner with various departments to ensure HR alignment with business goals.
- Oversee employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and company policies.
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Skills And Qualifications
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
