Key Responsibilities | 工作职责
- Digital Advertising Optimization | 广告投放与优化 — Plan, launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, focusing on lead generation and funnel growth. 在 Meta、Google、TikTok、YouTube 等平台投放、管理和放大广告,聚焦获客与销售漏斗增长
- Conduct systematic A/B and multivariate testing (angles, copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, etc.) to continuously optimize ROI. 进行系统化的 A/B 与多变量测试(切入点、文案、创意、受众、落地页等),持续优化 ROI。
- Closely monitor key advertising metrics (CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and adjust strategies in real time. 严格监控广告数据指标CTR、CPM、CVR、CPA、ROAS、LTV 等关键指标,实时调整策略
- Collaboration | 创意协作 — Work closely with the Design, Funnel, and IP Branding PIC to ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning and CRO objectives. 与 设计、漏斗、IP 品牌 团队紧密合作,确保信息传达与品牌定位、CRO 目标一致。
- Translate advertising data into creative optimization insights, building a closed-loop improvement cycle. 将广告数据转化为 创意优化建议,形成持续改进闭环。
- Data Tracking | 数据追踪 — Ensure accurate setup and implementation of GA4, server-side conversion APIs (CAPI), and other tracking systems. 确保GA4、服务器端转化 API(CAPI) 等追踪设置准确无误。
- Collaborate with the team to maintain clear and reliable data attribution. 与团队合作,保障数据与归因清晰可靠。
- Data Analysis & Reporting | 数据分析与报告 — Maintain real-time dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews with actionable insights. 维护实时数据面板,提供每周绩效复盘与行动建议
- Conduct in-depth monthly analyses, covering CAC, LTV, funnel drop-off rates, and creative fatigue, and propose optimization strategies. 进行每月深度分析,涵盖 CAC、LTV、漏斗流失率与创意疲劳度,并提出优化方案。
- Experimentation & Innovation | 实验与创新 — Foster a test-and-learn culture, continuously exploring new ad formats, placements, and creative angles. 保持测试与学习文化,不断探索新广告形式、版位与创意角度。
- Stay ahead of platform updates (e.g., Meta Advantage+, TikTok Spark Ads, YouTube Audience Signals) and rapidly implement new opportunities. 紧跟平台更新(如 Meta Advantage+、TikTok Spark Ads、YouTube Audience Signals 等),并快速落地新机会。
- Benchmark against top advertisers to elevate N55 Media’s campaign structures, strategies, and execution capabilities. 对标一流广告主,持续提升 N55 Media 的投放结构、策略与执行力。
What We’re Looking For | 任职要求
- 0–2 years of digital advertising and campaign management experience. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! 🎓 0-2 年数字广告与投放管理经验。 大学毕业想学广告投放,我们也非常欢迎。
- Beginner or proficient in running social media and search ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube). 新手/ 精通 Social Media 与搜索广告投放(Meta、TikTok、Google、YouTube)。
- Strong CRO mindset: familiar with landing page testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven scaling. 具备CRO思维,熟悉落地页测试、漏斗优化、数据驱动扩张。
- Familiar with AI marketing tools and automation to improve ad efficiency and returns. 熟悉 AI 营销工具与自动化,能提升广告效率与回报。
- Basic data analysis skills, able to translate numbers into actionable growth strategies. 具备基本数据分析能力,能将数字转化为可执行的增长策略。
- Strong team collaboration, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. 擅长团队协作,能在高速、实验驱动的环境中成长。
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) is a must. Need to deal with Mandarin Speaking Client and Stakeholders. 必须具备优秀的中文(听说读写)能力,以便与讲中文的客户和相关方进行沟通与合作
