Job summary

A prominent property company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to strengthen marketing execution and sales administrative support. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in relevant fields, and at least 3 years of experience in marketing execution, preferably in property development. Proficiency in English and BM is essential, with Mandarin as an advantage. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to travel for project-related tasks.

Strengthen marketing execution and sales administrative support.

Improve delivery speed and accuracy for project marketing tasks.

Supports events, launches and sales gallery operations.

Provide fieldwork support for market studies and site related duties.

Execute marketing campaign, promotions and on-ground activities.

Handle sales admin task: SPA signing arrangements, info vetting and loan follow ups.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Supports sales gallery operations, events and launches.

Conduct market research, competitor check and fieldwork.

Assist with social media posting and basic content updates.

Travel as required for project-related tasks.

Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Handle confidential purchaser and project information.

Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comm or related fields.

Minimum 3 years experience in marketing execution, preferably in property development.

Strong proficiency in English and BM; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiar with CRM systems, Meta Business tools and basic design platforms.

Able to travel when required.
