Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Pastry Chef to join our kitchen in International School in Iskandar Puteri.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.

Qualifications
  • Possess minimum certificates, vocational or diploma.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in either hotels or restaurants.
  • Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads and pastries to cakes and other desserts.
  • Positive, inviting attitude and ability to engage with customers.
  • Passionate about food.
  • Enjoy working with both children and adults.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work with a team.
  • Must have valid Typhoid, Food Handlers Certificate and Vaccination Certificate (2 dose + booster).
Responsibilities
  • Work with a team of professional chefs to prepare daily meals.
  • Maintain inventory control system.
  • Work responsibly and maintain great physical condition.
  • Learn new recipes, processes and techniques.
  • Follow company policies and procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle pressure well and work quickly under time constraints.
  • Ensure food quality by tasting and maintaining integrity.
