Job summary
A dynamic technology company in Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual to perform market analysis, make cold calls, and introduce products and services to customers. The role involves preparing quotations, providing after-sales service, and maintaining strong customer relationships. A background in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering is required. Responsibilities
- Perform market analysis & find potential customers.
- Make cold calls & have meetings with customers.
- Introduce product & service to fit customer application.
- Prepare quotation and technical proposal to the customers.
- Perform after sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Provide timely and accurate external and internal professional reports.
- Assist in tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Education
