Responsibilities
  • Execute project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety and health management.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects i.e. consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.
  • Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval.
  • Coordinate with consultant to resolve all technical issue.
  • Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.
  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
  • Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements at all times, including QESHMS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, International Standards, local regulations, code of practices, and legal requirements.
  • Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.
  • Determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.
