Job summary
A leading food service company in Johor Bahru is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for JCO Donut & Coffee to assist the Store Manager in managing outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining company standards. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, along with 2-4 years of experience in similar industries or 2 years in a supervisory position. Strong leadership and a pleasant personality are essential for this role, offering an exciting opportunity in a vibrant retail environment.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing the outlet according to company standards.
- Provide excellent quality products and fast friendly service.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
Skills
Education
Assist the Store Manager in managing the outlet to company standards in sales, staffing, visual merchandising and operations, and will fulfill any duties assigned by the Store Manager.
The incumbent will assist the Store Manager with the goal of providing customers with excellent quality products and fast friendly service with the customer oriented.
The incumbent will represent the Company in the professional manner.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma, Degree in Food services, pastries, bakeries, culinary and hotel & tourism, Business Management/Study converse in B. Malaysia, English and additional languages.
- Must possess experiences in related/similar industries 2-4 years;
- OR Supervisory levels min 2 years.
- Mature personality, with strong leadership and decision making factors.
- Pleasant personality, cheerful and jovial attitudes.
