A leading technology solutions provider in Johor Bahru is seeking a motivated Sales & Application Engineer. This role involves managing sales, building customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies across various industries. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in relevant fields, with a preference for those having sales experience in electrical testing equipment. The position offers a competitive salary between RM4,500 to RM5,000 plus commissions and bonuses, alongside opportunities for professional development in a supportive work environment.

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Application Engineer who enjoys combining technical knowledge with customer engagement to drive impactful solutions and long-term partnerships.
What do we need you to do?
Develop and manage sales for our range of distribution products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts across industries such as Electrical, Electronics, Agriculture, Petrochemical, Automation, and IT Networking.
Coordinate with local and overseas principals for product information, demonstrations, and marketing activities.
Execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach.
Work independently with strong self-motivation.
Deliver excellent customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
What do we need from you?
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Experience in sales of electrical testing equipment is an advantage.
Must possess own vehicle.
Service-oriented with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Sales – Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
