A financial services company in Johor Bahru is seeking an accounting professional responsible for verifying employee expense claims, managing fixed assets, and processing accounts payable. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial policies and contribute to accurate financial reporting. Applicants should be familiar with e-invoicing and possess relevant accounting experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with responsibilities that also include fixed asset reporting and support for other financial tasks.
Verify employees' expense claims in accordance with the company's financial expense reimbursement review system and complete the accounting entry.
Conduct detailed accounting of fixed assets and accounting for the transfer of construction projects to fixed assets, prepare fixed asset reports, and ensure the consistency between accounts, cards, and physical assets.
Compile the fixed assets catalog, conduct classification and numbering, accrue depreciation, and handle the accounting treatment of asset disposal in accordance with the company's unified regulations.
Process Accounts Payable related matters.
Be responsible for issuing the company's e-invoices.
Assist with other matters as required by the company.
